Moscow university Touro is an independent, non-profit institution of higher education, licensed and accredited by the State Committee of Higher of the Russian Federation and offering American degree programs affiliation with Touro College of New York. The four year bachelor of Science program taught at Moscow University Touro is offered in cooperation with and under the supervision of Touro College of New York. Students who successfully complete the program receive a Bachelor of Science diploma from Touro College of New York.
